Who we are. iTech Dev Corp, 6999 McPherson Rd, Suite 107, Laredo, TX 78041, USA. Part of the iTechDev group (engineering teams in Monterrey & Guadalajara, Mexico).
1. Information we collect
Website visitors: information you submit via contact forms (name, email, company, message) and usage data via analytics, subject to your cookie consent. Clients: when you engage us, we may process data on your behalf as part of a project, governed by your MSA and a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) — not by this policy.
2. How we use it
To respond to inquiries, deliver services, operate and improve the site, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
3. Cookies & analytics
Non-essential cookies load only after your consent. You can withdraw consent at any time.
4. International processing
Our engineering teams are located in Mexico. Personal data you provide may be processed by our team in Mexico under appropriate safeguards and confidentiality obligations.
5. Your privacy rights (incl. California — CCPA/CPRA)
Depending on your location you may have the right to access, delete or correct the personal information we hold, opt out of sale/sharing (we do not sell personal information), and to non-discrimination for exercising these rights. To exercise a request, email [email protected].
6. Data security
We apply reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, mutual NDAs, and process maturity under CMMI Level 2. We do not currently hold SOC 2 or ISO 27001 certifications and do not claim them. We sign a DPA on request.
