What we usually get asked
Are the contract and invoice from a U.S. company?
Yes. You contract with iTech Dev Corp (Laredo, Texas): MSA, NDA and SOW under U.S. law, with invoicing in U.S. dollars.
Who owns the code when the project ends?
Yours. The custom work you pay for is assigned to you as work-for-hire under U.S. law upon full payment. We keep only our pre-existing tools.
Where is the engineering team located?
In Monterrey and Guadalajara, Mexico — the same time zone as Texas (CST). The legal entity is in Laredo, TX. The team has operated since 2018, with 200+ projects and 50+ clients.
How much does a project cost?
Starting references: business system from $5,000 USD; mobile app or MVP from $15,000; custom software from $20,000; Salesforce from $10,000. Hourly: $45–140 USD depending on the role. Always with scope and range in writing before we start.
