Your ELD already has the miles IFTA asks for; what’s missing is the return itself
Every quarter someone gathers fuel receipts and miles by state by hand, even though the data already exists. We connect the trip, the fuel and the miles per jurisdiction so the return comes out built and you review it before filing.

Trucking · Mexico and TexasIFTA is an agreement among the 48 contiguous states and Canadian provinces: if your unit is over 26,000 lb or has three axles and crosses into another jurisdiction, you file every quarter. In Texas the Comptroller administers it.

What happens at the end of every quarter
The data exists and still gets re-keyed
The ELD stores miles by state and the fuel card stores purchases. Nobody joins them, so someone types it all into a spreadsheet again.
Mexican miles don’t count and slip in anyway
If your fleet crosses, the kilometers south of the border are not IFTA miles. Mixing them inflates the return and the gap shows up in an audit.
Fuel arrives after the trip
Card charges post days later and nobody checks them against the route, so a misassigned load surfaces only at closing.
Nobody can reconstruct where a number came from
If the state asks, the answer lives in a sheet someone built three months ago that nobody remembers.
What the system does
Miles per jurisdiction from the trip
Miles come from the trip you already entered, split by state, with nobody re-typing them.
Fuel reconciled against the route
Each purchase ties to the trip and the unit, so a discrepancy shows when it happens, not at closing.
Mexican miles kept apart
Kilometers south of the border are recorded for your cost per mile but stay out of the IFTA calculation.
A quarterly return you can review
The return is built per jurisdiction with the detail behind every figure, so you review it before filing.
An audit trail
From any figure you can reach the trip, the unit and the receipt behind it.
In your office’s language
Entry and review in Spanish; forms and field names exactly as the state asks for them.
What we don’t doWe don’t file the return for you and we don’t give tax advice: your accountant or permit service does that. We leave the return built and backed by its detail. We don’t sell ELDs or fuel cards either; we connect to the ones you already use.

Monterrey, N.L. · 25.69°N 100.32°WFrequently asked questions
Does it work if I already have an ELD?
Yes, and that is what it is built for: the ELD provides the miles and we turn them into the per-jurisdiction return.
What about trips that cross into Mexico?
They are recorded in full for your cost per mile, but Mexican miles stay out of the IFTA calculation, which only covers member jurisdictions.
Do you file the return?
No. We leave the return built and reviewable; your accountant or permit service files it.
When is it due?
Every quarter. Dates and requirements for Texas are published by the Comptroller, and that is the source to go to.
Can I use it only for IFTA?
Yes, though it usually pays to run it alongside dispatch: if the trip is already entered, the return comes out with no extra work.
How long does it take to set up?
It depends on which ELD and which fuel card we connect to. Scope, date and price go in writing before you sign.
