My guys don’t use computers, will this work for them?
What they use is the phone: clock in and take a photo. The detailed entry stays with whoever already handles the office.
Does it work for plumbing, electrical or roofing, or only general construction?
It works for any of those trades: what changes are the line items and prices, and those are built from yours.
I already use QuickBooks, do I have to drop it?
No. The usual setup keeps QuickBooks for accounting and the system for the job; they connect so nothing is entered twice.
Can I quote in English if I work in Spanish?
Yes, that is exactly what it is built for: you enter in Spanish and the document your client sees comes out in English.
I also work on the Mexican side, does it cover that?
Yes. It is the same operation with both compliances: an invoice with sales tax on this side and a CFDI on the other.
How long does it take to set up?
It depends on how many line items and prices need loading. Scope, date and price go in writing before you sign.
