- Scope, date and price in writing (SOW)Before you sign you know what’s delivered, when, and what it costs. If what you need fits in something you already pay for, we’ll tell you.
- Contract with iTech Dev CorpMSA, NDA and SOW under Texas law, invoiced in US dollars.
- Delivery in stagesYou review real progress, not slide decks. You talk to the project engineers, in Spanish with your team and in English with your corporate customers.
- The code in your nameOnce the project is paid in full, the code and configuration are in your name.
What’s worth knowing up front
They’re paid directly to the vendor (Odoo, Microsoft, etc.). We don’t resell them.
We don’t hold SOC 2, ISO 27001 or our own HIPAA certification. We sign NDAs and, on request, a data processing agreement.
We explain what the system has to handle; tax decisions are yours to make with your CPA and accountant.
