Do you have an office in San Antonio?
No. Our US entity is in Laredo, Texas, and the engineering team is in Monterrey and Guadalajara. San Antonio is two and a half hours up I-35, so in-person meetings are possible when the project calls for them, but we won’t promise a weekly presence we won’t keep. We work on Central Time and the contract is signed under US law, invoiced in dollars.
Can you invoice in the United States?
Yes. iTech Dev Corp is a Texas entity and invoices in USD, with the contract and intellectual property under US law. If your operation also has a company in Mexico, that’s exactly the case we work on most: one system that issues the document each country requires.
Do you work in Spanish or English?
Both, and not as a translation. The team is bilingual and screens are designed in the language your people actually work in, which is often not the same in the office and on the floor. We keep in English the terms the business uses that way (payroll, sales tax, invoice, PO), because translating them is what gives away a vendor who doesn’t know the ground.
