Tariff codes, values and weights are already on the pedimento, and someone types them again into the invoice and the customer report. Every re-entry is an error waiting to happen.
Two documents for the same goods
On the Mexican side, a CFDI with the foreign trade complement; on the US side, a commercial invoice. If each one is built separately, sooner or later they stop matching.
Collections in USD and MXN nobody reconciles
Fees in pesos, expenses in dollars, customer advances and the day’s exchange rate. At month-end someone reconciles by hand what the system should already show.
Files living in shared folders

Not if it works. We connect to it to take the pedimento data so it isn’t re-keyed into invoicing, collections or the customer portal.
Do you work with forwarders and 3PLs, not just brokers?
Yes. Quotes, booking, shipment tracking and invoicing to customers on both sides of the border, with documents consolidated per shipment.
