What we see in trucking offices
The dispatcher works in Spanish with software in English
The system can be good, but if your people don’t understand it, operations go back to the whiteboard and WhatsApp.
Miles by state come from loose sheets
Every quarter someone gathers fuel receipts and miles by state for IFTA, even though the ELD already has that data.
The Carta Porte is built apart from the trip
The trip lives in one system and the Carta Porte in another. If a field doesn’t match, the load stops at the crossing.
Fuel doesn’t match the route
Fuel card charges arrive days later and nobody checks them against the trip that was run.
What the system does
Dispatch in Spanish
Loads, units, drivers and status per trip, in the language your office runs in.
Miles by state for IFTA
Miles come from the ELD or GPS and the quarterly report is assembled, not typed by hand.
Carta Porte from the trip
On the Mexican side, the Carta Porte is generated from the same trip data.
Driver settlements
Pay per trip or per mile using actual dispatch data.
Real cost per mile
Fuel, maintenance and tolls per unit so you know which lanes make money.
WhatsApp for updates
Crossing and delivery updates to the customer from the system, through the official WhatsApp API.
What we don’t doWe don’t make ELDs: the ELD has to be registered with the FMCSA. We connect to your ELD provider’s API when they offer one.

The Texas company was formed in 2026. The engineering comes from ITECHDEV, which has been building software since 2018 with offices in Monterrey, Guadalajara and Laredo, TX, and more than 200 projects delivered. We say it this way because it’s the first thing worth knowing about a vendor: who you sign with and who builds.

Rio Grande · LaredoFrequently asked questions
Does it work with 10 or 15 trucks?
Yes. For a small fleet it often makes more sense to configure an existing system well instead of building one; we’ll tell you on the first call.
Do you file my IFTA report?
No. We get the data ready so your preparer or your office can file the report. Filing and its decisions are theirs.
