Does it work if I do both service and new construction?
Yes. Those are two ways of charging, not two systems: service calls by job type and construction by line items.
My techs aren’t going to enter anything
What they do is photograph the receipt and close the order. Two taps, not data entry.
Does it connect to my supply house?
It depends on the supplier. If they have a catalog or portal, yes; if not, we load your price list and update it when prices go up.
Can I take a card at the customer’s house?
Yes, with the gateway you already use or one you choose; the payment ties back to the order.
How long does it take to set up?
It depends on how many job types and prices need loading. Scope, date and price in writing before you sign.
